Biological Age Calculator

Enter your biomarker values, to calculate your biological age using the PhenoAge metric.

EXPLANATION
The PhenoAge algorithm estimates your risk of age-related mortality based on your chronological age and nine common blood biomarkers.

After calculation, that risk is expressed as the chronological age at which the average person has the same 10-year mortality risk as you. That number is your biological age according to PhenoAge.

How to interpret the result
  • If your PhenoAge is higher than your chronological age, your current blood profile resembles that of an older person and may indicate a higher statistical mortality risk.
  • If your biological age is lower, your profile resembles that of a younger person and may indicate a lower statistical mortality risk.
Important: PhenoAge is a statistical estimate, not a diagnosis. It can be influenced by temporary changes such as infection or inflammation, stress, sleep, medication, and diet, and is most useful as a trend rather than as a single standalone value.
